HBS has been great. They took me through the initial set up (of my LLC), covering all issues, quickly, painlessly and expertly. I now need to unwind this entity - and again they have made the process quick and easy. Their website has a great amount of useful information. I have need to use another agent for an entity I took over, and they have not been nearly as competent or user friendly. I will always use and recommend HBS for legal work.
