I recently hired www.delawareinc.com to get us a EIN, and I could not be happier. I hired another company to form my LLC and have the EIN assigned and we waited for weeks with no success, and what is worse, with no information as to why was that happening. I love this company! We moved our company from Nevada to Delaware a couple of years ago because of changing legislation affecting our business.
