We had a bad experience in renting house with the agent Phaedra. We were waiting for her more than 30 mins for the room tour, but she didn’t not reply to us nor did she answer the phone call. I seldom leave a bad comment on google, but our experience with Phaedra is really terrible. Hope the company could be responsible to this issue and treat their clients properly and professionally.
