This use to be one of my favorite places to go, but now the service is terrible every time I come and I am always disappointed. Will not be coming back anymore.
RecommendedI Stopped in for a carry out today enjoyed sitting at the bar talking to the staff. When I got home I found out that I was missing a roll. When I called to let them know. Jarrett the General Manager went above and beyond anything I've experienced in making the order right. An honest mistake that was no big deal to me they made a number one priority and TRULEY Impressed me with the amazing service and always amazing food which the service I had tonight has made Haruno's my only choice for Sushi in Springfield. <3 You guys kee... read more
