I’m really disappointed in this place . I went in for an eye exam . After waiting a half an hour , I was called back to be seen. I was then told I would be waiting another two hours to be seen by Dr. Hartzell. I didn’t receive an apology or a notice in advance that they were that far behind. It was already 7pm on a Tuesday night. I will never be going back.
Seriously I get very anxious about my eyes, but can honestly say it was he most fun I ever had at a doctors office ever in my life! All the Star Wars stuff and Frozen on in the waiting room! My kind of place! Great doctor and staff. May the force stay strong with them!
If I could give a higher rating than five, I would. I’ve been a patient since I was very young. Dr. Hartzell was the only one around who gave myself (and my parents) a chance with my vision, and didn’t just opt to do surgery. I’ve had nothing short of wonderful experiences every time I go. The whole staff is always professional, but very personable at the same time. I am always so pleased every time I leave my eye appointment. �
I was a former patient of the elder Dr. Hartzell, and had not been there since his retirement. I was treated with total respect from the entire staff, and it seemed like I had only been gone for a day instead of years. I was welcomed back by Dr Hartzell, impressing me. I strongly recommend this practice to others!
