Loved the place until tonight. Left sitting slightly over an hour in the waiting room with my eyes dilated. Doctor.was in the room next to me talking with one.of the techs for most the time. NOT about business but bull crap going to races and many many many other things. Was already there for an hour. Half hour drive up and back two hours waiting nice. Wonderful treatment by the doctor
On Thursday Dec 13 I had LASIK surgery performed by Dr. Hartzell. It has taken me over 2 years to find a doctor that I felt comfortable with to perform this surgery and once I met Dr Hartzell and his staff I was sold ! The professionalism of him and his staff is exceptional and his knowledge and expertise are exactly what I was looking for. Due to my over sensitivity to medication, I chose not to take the relaxant that was prescribed for me before the procedure. Great doctor with an amazing staff and a modern & well kept office. Would highly recommend them for general eye care and LASIK/Cataract surgery.
