Boys swung out and cleaned our 1st floor with all the traffic , pets, and kid damage. Got rid of all the stains we could see, and pointed out the damage we didn’t see. We on time, and completed the job ahead of time. Great value for the price and time. Professional and courteous.

Jeremy came out today and cleaned our couch and loveseat. It was very dirty and and my dog had threw up on it and I didn’t think it would clean up and I definitely didn’t think the smell would come out. Well this very nice gentleman worked his magic and my furniture looks amazing and smells so much better. He worked hard and was so nice and informative. You have a great guy there Mike. He was awesome and I will be referring Hartzell’s and be telling my friends and family to request Jeremy!!
Hartzell has great service. They not only did a great job cleaning my flooded and gross basement a few years ago, they also prepped and installed a Rock Solid floor coating. That was no easy task because my basement was a garage in the 1930s and 1940s. There was a lot of old oil stuck thick on the surface. They pulled off, what I thought, would be impossible. My three year old grandson got a hold of white spray paint and sprayed it on red carpet. Jeremy came the same I called and made my WEEK by getting it out and leaving the carpet completely intact. He was so professional and helpful!
David and Amber did an excellent job. They worked together and tackled a very large job quickly. My carpets look brand new. They even got paint out! Would highly recommend!!
