We lived in building 115 for a year before moving to our own home. We really liked both the location and the apartment. The building was always in good condition, the entrances to the building and the elevator were always clean with a fresh scent. The apartment was cozy, and our requests for repairs were fulfilled in a reasonable time. Our leasing agent Olivia organized a comfortable and stress-free move-in for us. This place is absolutely wonderful! Everything is very clean, including the parking area, which was a pleasant surprise. I’m very satisfied with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I have just signed my tenth year Lease Agreement with Broadstreet Properties at Hartwell place. This June (2025) will be going on my tenth year living here. My five star review is losing one star, but not because of anything Broadstreet has done. In fact, they've done everything to make me feel like I'm at home. The cleanliness, management, and all-around living is as good as apartment living can be, especially living on a main floor. If you are thinking of moving to Hartwell Place, please take a moment to read our review after almost a decade of living there. Back near 2015 my partner and I move to Hartwell Place at around the $1000 a month mark. At the time, for what this place was, it was an amazing deal. It was mostly quiet, with a fairly large senior population. Fast forward to 2021-2024 and the contrast is stark. Great place to live! We have been living in Hartwell Place for a few years now, and we are happy! The property is always well-maintained—sidewalks are cleared on time in winter, and the roads are sanded, making it safe to get around even on the snowiest days. It’s especially nice that there is a designated dog-walking area, making this a great place for pet owners.
