Move-Out: 1 star rating Overall: 3 star rating. Length of tenancy: 9 years, 3 months (May, 2016 - August 2025) 1. Move-In: Very smooth and stress-free experience. I walked through with site staff and any deficiencies were marked down on a move-in inspection sheet. I have lived here for almost 8 years. Rent keeps getting raised and I have never once had any updates. On July 21st 2025 my cupboard completely fell off the wall (the whole thing) and smashed my dishes, broke my air fryer and my disabled cat had broken dish pieces in her fur because she was right underneath it. THAT WAS 95 DAYS AGO. I have spoken to 8 different people over that time frame. They said they would come today to fix it. We lived in building 115 for a year before moving to our own home. We really liked both the location and the apartment. The building was always in good condition, the entrances to the building and the elevator were always clean with a fresh scent. The apartment was cozy, and our requests for repairs were fulfilled in a reasonable time. Our leasing agent Olivia organized a comfortable and stress-free move-in for us.
