Don't waste your time with this practice, as they are more than happy to waste yours. Woman answering their phone is rude.
Been going to them for 5 plus years for the same thing ( cyst removal) everytime I schedule they have me on the phone for 20 plus minutes trying to get me scheduled for a consultation for something I have been seeing them for, which could be avoided if they look in my past appointments and see that I have never had a consult they just schedule me for the procedure. My experience with this place was unprofessional to say the least. There seemed to be a disconnect from the back, (patient and treatment rooms) to the front where all aspects of my treatments should have documented as was applied in the treatment room and discussed. It resulted in miscommunication between me and the office. Regarding payment, scheduling, and treatments. Beware of this place! We went for a preventative skin check and over $100 later (with insurance), I found out they don't code a annual checkup like that to insurance! So be prepared to pay for a non-routine visit!
