We’ve lived here for a little over a year now and it’s been really nice to have an office/maintenence staff that go above and beyond to help. We’ve had a few issues and every time I was able to reach out and get it solved within the day. Especially when I called about our AC going out over the summer, someone was at our door within 15 minutes, ready to fix whatever was wrong. Under new management within the past 3-4 month, there has been multiple issues. I have filed 5 complaints about the dog droppings. There is dog feces everywhere, the dog bags are empty, and the dog trash bins are always full. This issue is only fixed when I complain which is not how a place should be ran. We have not had any real maintenance issues but have heard from other residents the response time is not good or the maintenance team has to be reminded multiple times. This is a great complex and London has been a breath of fresh air. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and he's always resolved any issue we've had with a smile on his face. The new maintenance crew takes a little longer but actually fixes things so that's a win in my book. You can tell a lot of the negative reviews are the same people, it's sad he has to deal with that. Nowhere is perfect but we love it here.
Trash doesn’t get picked up as scheduled, maintenance issues take weeks to resolve and forget about asking for a courtesy call before they come “they don’t have time for that” and the new manager is rude as hell. We have lived here for six years and this new manager and staff do not know how to make a peaceful and inviting place like it used to be. They are extremely defensive about the smallest issues. The first thing that was important to me when looking at an apartment is the management staff.
