We’ve lived here for a little over a year now and it’s been really nice to have an office/maintenence staff that go above and beyond to help. We’ve had a few issues and every time I was able to reach out and get it solved within the day. Especially when I called about our AC going out over the summer, someone was at our door within 15 minutes, ready to fix whatever was wrong. There has been a mouse in my apartment multiple times as well as my neighbors, trash service never comes on time, they will try to charge you for anything and everything with all of their hidden fees, there is so much dog feces around the complex because management refuses to take out the dog waste trash and fill it up with new bags for the residents to use, water is SO expensive here, maintenance is spread thin so it takes absolutely forever to get anything done, and management is more concerned with money and filling up th... read more

The place is being neglected. There is dog poop everywhere. It is really disgusting. Mgt used to be out and about all the time. You never see Mgt consistanrly walk the property. You will ocaisonally see them in a golf cart but it is rare. Maintenance response time is really good though. Could be a good property if they would just expect more. Under new management within the past 3-4 month, there has been multiple issues. I have filed 5 complaints about the dog droppings. There is dog feces everywhere, the dog bags are empty, and the dog trash bins are always full. This issue is only fixed when I complain which is not how a place should be ran. We have not had any real maintenance issues but have heard from other residents the response time is not good or the maintenance team has to be reminded multiple times. This is a great complex and London has been a breath of fresh air. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and he's always resolved any issue we've had with a smile on his face. The new maintenance crew takes a little longer but actually fixes things so that's a win in my book. You can tell a lot of the negative reviews are the same people, it's sad he has to deal with that. Nowhere is perfect but we love it here.
