We’ve lived here for a little over a year now and it’s been really nice to have an office/maintenence staff that go above and beyond to help. We’ve had a few issues and every time I was able to reach out and get it solved within the day. Especially when I called about our AC going out over the summer, someone was at our door within 15 minutes, ready to fix whatever was wrong. Under new management within the past 3-4 month, there has been multiple issues. I have filed 5 complaints about the dog droppings. There is dog feces everywhere, the dog bags are empty, and the dog trash bins are always full. This issue is only fixed when I complain which is not how a place should be ran. We have not had any real maintenance issues but have heard from other residents the response time is not good or the maintenance team has to be reminded multiple times. We absolutely loved living here when Tiffany ran things but lately, not so much since management has changed. Maintenance requests sit and sit, pest control is a joke as we have had a problem with insanely huge spiders this summer and TICKS IN THE BACK YARD AREA, “valet trash” is a mandatory fee and yet half the time it doesn’t get taken out and somehow we are expected to pay the full amount for a service that doesn’t get followed through on, water isn’t independently billed per unit so people who have a million people per u... read more

London WhiteLock, My property manager is a great person love how humble and understanding he is when communicating with him about my concerns and issue that May arise at this property he dose his best to answer all my questions and try to find a solution to my problem. That’s one thing I like about staying in Hartshire lakes, Nice clean apartments . Other than the water issue that’s above our control does not have anything to do with the property manager. It’s highway robbery. The city of Bargersville water company.

I am currently a resident in this community. I have no other option but to share my absolute honest review of being here for almost a year. This community is very good if you are not staying in a wrong apartment unlike me. The management changed sometime back(2-3 months) and our problems began. First it started with a microwave that needed replacement.It took 3 months to replace with a new one despite of multiple reminders and follow ups.
