When I first moved in, maintance and the office managers were very responsive and took very good care of the property. They were on top of keeping the property clean and well maintained. Since the management change, the office is hard to get responses out of and maintenance takes the easy way out of fixing things. We’ve lived here for a little over a year now and it’s been really nice to have an office/maintenence staff that go above and beyond to help. We’ve had a few issues and every time I was able to reach out and get it solved within the day. Especially when I called about our AC going out over the summer, someone was at our door within 15 minutes, ready to fix whatever was wrong. Very disappointed with Hartshire Lakes Apartments. Our dryer has been broken an entire month and still isn’t fixed after a repair visit. There is no way for us to dry our clothes at all. Our drain stopper is also broken. On top of all that, we are having to pay for pest control, just for them to do nothing about the bugs within the unit. Multiple complaints have been ignored. Unacceptable service and I do not recommend at all.
I just wanted to give out some love to all the ladies in the office. The new maintenance team and the beautiful fountain. In the main Lake. This place is awesome and I'm glad I moved here. I've been here going on now. 5 years.
So I’ve left a review here 3 years ago prior and now live at the beautiful and much more taken care of property, Bayshore Apartments, and I will say the head lady of the leasing office and I had words, and she will gaslight you into believing nothing is wrong. They tried to ban me from the leasing building because the BLACK MOLD problem I was having was causing my wife and me to get mold sickness, but they will tell you nothing is wrong, and regular building problems DO NOT RENT HERE.
