Lori was amazing! She’s so kind and an easy to talk to. My first time looking or going into an apartment and I’ve never felt more comfortable!
We’ve lived here for a little over a year now and it’s been really nice to have an office/maintenence staff that go above and beyond to help. We’ve had a few issues and every time I was able to reach out and get it solved within the day. Especially when I called about our AC going out over the summer, someone was at our door within 15 minutes, ready to fix whatever was wrong. Trash doesn’t get picked up as scheduled, maintenance issues take weeks to resolve and forget about asking for a courtesy call before they come “they don’t have time for that” and the new manager is rude as hell. We have lived here for six years and this new manager and staff do not know how to make a peaceful and inviting place like it used to be. They are extremely defensive about the smallest issues. If I could leave negative stars I would. I have had a less than pleasant experience since I have started living here. In the beginning, everything was fantastic, then once management switched I started to realize how things around the community started to get neglected. Work orders would often be put to the side and done in a lazy “bandaid” way.
