The place is being neglected. There is dog poop everywhere. It is really disgusting. Mgt used to be out and about all the time. You never see Mgt consistanrly walk the property. You will ocaisonally see them in a golf cart but it is rare. Maintenance response time is really good though. Could be a good property if they would just expect more. Why don't you have every animal produce DNA and if you find poop you fine that owner big time. Only allow animals in certain places. Keep the dog park update and on good cond... read more

Trash doesn’t get picked up as scheduled, maintenance issues take weeks to resolve and forget about asking for a courtesy call before they come “they don’t have time for that” and the new manager is rude as hell. We have lived here for six years and this new manager and staff do not know how to make a peaceful and inviting place like it used to be. They are extremely defensive about the smallest issues. Zero stars! If this is Luxury Apartments it's a joke. OLD outdated appliances re-used over and over with bandaid fixes. If someone has an issue with their ice maker not worker (if you are lucky to have an ice maker that is) is being told that no one in the complex is getting ice makers any longer. Yes, the malfunctioning ice maker will be removed, and tenants will be forced to buy ice from the corner gas station, buy ice trays from the DG up the road, or buy a countertop ice maker (an expense not typically considered when mo... read more

Under new management within the past 3-4 month, there has been multiple issues. I have filed 5 complaints about the dog droppings. There is dog feces everywhere, the dog bags are empty, and the dog trash bins are always full. This issue is only fixed when I complain which is not how a place should be ran. We have not had any real maintenance issues but have heard from other residents the response time is not good or the maintenance team has to be reminded multiple times. This is a great complex and London has been a breath of fresh air. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and he's always resolved any issue we've had with a smile on his face. The new maintenance crew takes a little longer but actually fixes things so that's a win in my book. You can tell a lot of the negative reviews are the same people, it's sad he has to deal with that. Nowhere is perfect but we love it here.
