Great communication easy to work with very understanding
Love the community and onsite staff is beyond helpful. The homes are perfect with so many incentives.
Hartridge Manor is in the heart of Simpsonville, so convenient to shopping restaurants and the interstate and the amenities in this community are amazing. I love all of the floorplans, but my favorites are the CALI and the ARIA. Brooke Coe the onsite agent really listens to what is important to you and has great attention to detail and extremely knowledgeable about all the D.R. Horton products.
I was delighted to work with Brooke at DR Horton - Hartridge Manor. She is very knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and took good care of us. Her priority is always the buyer.
Very well at home, I like the area.
