I purchased an expensive incredibly luxurious and swanky eye catching lemon from Paul Thigpen Chevrolet Buick GMC. After buying the car I've needed multiple repairs, had to make several trips to the dealership, all while simultaneously receiving the most friendly, incompetent and awful customer service in the milky way. It baffles me how everyone at this dealership is incredibly polite, unskillful, inefficient, yet employed.
We had a great experiece the staff was extra nice we are from eastman we will tellour friends about PTC.
