He’s the worst
Went there for State Inspection. Before going, I looked at wiper blades to make sure there were no rips or tears. They gave me a rejection sticker stating replace the wipers blades and bring it back and we'll put a sticker on it. After leaving with my nice new rejection sticker, I looked at the wiper blades again. Suddenly both wiper blades are ripped at both ends of both of them. What fantastic I received. My wife and I could not be happier. Not only was the cost of our repair the lowest but I reco'ed my friend and Mr Hartman was honest enough to let him know it was not worth the expense and charged him nothing. I would trust him when my daughter has a car that needs repair
