I saw Dr. Hartmann for pain in a tooth near the site of another tooth with a crown. He and his staff are very pleasant and helpful, however the quality of care I received was poor. Dr. Hartmann could not see any problems with the tooth I was having pain with and instead decided that the problem was with the crown next to it because it felt different on the tapping test (this is obvious as that tooth also has a root canal). He then shaved that tooth down without explaining that changing the bite
