Roof leaked after less than two months. We are still waiting for a call back. Update: They put new flashing on the chimney but forgot to seal it, is what a representative just told me. It’s being sealed now. Not a mistake I would expect to happen.

WOOHOO TO JANSEN HALE and HARTMAN ROOFING!!!!!! We were caught by the hail storm and required a new roof along with everyone else. Ben Miller and his associate from Hartman Roofing came by at my request to inspect the roof after the hail storms. They were on time knowledgeable professional and very polite. Turns out I had quite a bit of damage and needed a new roof they wrote me up an estimate and took care of talking to the adjuster. After contacting & asking salesman twice to come out and give me a quote, I put it aside and everything was going great, talked to him a few times, explained to him this was my first time replacing a roof on a house. He said he’d help me and walk us thru the process. Never heard from him again. I didn’t want to ask a third time.
I'm very impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail Hartman's crew gave to my roof. They went so far as to repair damage caused by the previous roofer's incorrect installation. In my opinion, one measure of quality work is in the clean up. These guys did a fantastic job of keeping the jobsite clean as they went along. The final clean up is impeccable. Not a single nail, wrapper, or shingle left behind. Thanks Justin.
