Troy came out and was very informative and the report was precise and detailed. Unfortunately due to complications on the property, electrical and plumbing could not be checked. Beyond that Troy went above and beyond what was in safe parameters to evaluate and inspect! I would recommend Troy to anyone.

Troy and his daughter did a fantastic inspection on the commercial property I was looking at in Athens. Answered all my questions and worked with me afterwards to get me an expedited report. Adi, the office manager, was very friendly and helpful as well. Nice to support a family business who clearly care about helping others.

I have referred Troy and Hartman Home Inspections to most of my clients. They have done an amazing job at many things.
