My daughter has been in the hands of Heartman Pieds since they were in the old building. Sarah, and Rachel have been nothing but compassionate, caring, and respectful to our family. Although Stephanie might not be the warmest receptionist, she is getting better with each visit. We typically only visit once or twice a year, and will continue care. Forget the horror stories and BS that people are posting. Doctors and Nurses have protocols. Keep doing great Heartman Piediatrics. You have patients that look up to you.
We loved Hartman Pediatrics for 6.5 years and took our children there for that entire span as well with no issues til now. We unfortunately just dropped care with them because of a $70 missed appointment fee, steep but okay I’ll eat the bill however, I showed up for the reschedule and a sick visit for my 2 children and got turned away because of a card issue after driving an hour one way just to be there. 10/10 recommend this place they are awesome I’ve personally never had a doctors office care so much about my kids well being this place is awesome they care they are passionate and they are professional
