The facility needs a little updating. Parking was a bit of a challenge. And, training needs to be given to the security persons at the security station. I had a Service Dog with me. The dog had on the required identifying equipment. I was told that I could not have an animal with me. I had to educate the guard on the federal regulations of having a service dog and the ADA (American DisabilitiesAct). Once I did that, I proceeded to my destination.
