2014 Jeep renegade had a recall, they did a look over and paperwork and completed the recall. I called back same day because the paperwork faulty stated that per my car and sticker I was overdue for an oil change. I was actually 1000miles from being due for one according to the sticker on my windshield. They didnt offer to correct anything but made excuses. Now my car is experiencing issues that it wasn't prior, I stupidly thought the issue would resolve over time as the car had been worked on.. however, they are now stating... read more
