Dropped by The Hartley over the weekend and the experience was phenomenal. Started at the bar where Jacob was a delight crafting drinks and great jokes, and our server Tony took good care of us all night—solid, attentive service that kept the evening running smoothly. Extremely rude front of house. Hospitality is non-existent here. The low reviews are all spot on. Over-priced for below-average food from an uninspired and tired menu. Just a chaotic and messy "restaurant."
Tony took great care of us and the food was delicious!
We had a nice experience at this restaurant. There were 7 of us so it was nice to be seated in the back of the restaurant, however, it was still a bit tight. This is more of a design issue. The food was delicious. I can't say that it was amazing or you must must must go, but it was really good and I'd recommend it for the area. If you're not a "big" spender, you won't like the prices.
