Bought a house earlier this year, and we’ve had to replace almost every appliance. Not to mention I let myself get pressured into offering full asking and not even getting full closing from seller. It would have been nice if our agent told us about the home warranty we could have asked of the seller. I didn’t feel well represented as a buyer.
