The owner was very rude to us and others too.
Called ahead for a transmission, it took just moments for them to verify it was there. I arrived and the facility was very clean and extremely organized, it took just minutes for the part to be brought out of the warehouse and I was assisted with loading it into my car. Even the transmission was clean, I didn't wear gloves picking it up and got no dirt on myself at all. I had an excellent experience. I'm not sure what the people that are complaining are doing wrong but this place is excellent.
