I have been a client at Hartland for 12 years. Dr. Vance is awesome...can't say enough good things about him. Dr. Lush has been really good, also. I had to make an emergency visit at night on 9/20/16. Dr. Headings was very professional and caring about my Rottie pup.
This place is a factory. No personal service. Take your name, do the surgery, take your money, send them home ready or not. Did not even meet the doctor. Never again. Something traumatized the cat, and it's not just effects of anesthesia. If that's the reason, then she should have been kept and observed. Biggest thing that turned me off is NO personal contact with the doctor who did the surgery. Bad Form. Never going back.
Dr. Vance has been absolutely amazing with my older mare. He has such compassion and knowledge and comforts us owners too when our fur babies aren't feeling well! I couldn't ask for better service, patience and heartfelt care from a large animal vet! I was referred by a friend to Dr Vance and you better believe from now on I will refer everyone I can to him! Thank you Dr Vance and Hartland Animal Hospital!

So much gratitude & many thanks to Dr. Vance for coming in on a Sunday to help take care of my kitten, Lil' Bit. It didn't end as I had hoped but Dr. Vance showed great kindness, care, and compassion. HAH has gained a new customer!
