They failed to keep an appointment and didn't call to say they would be delayed. Also on July 19 I called their answering service with an emergency twice but never received a call back.
You need to do what the person ask you to do.I paid you 58.30 to groom my cat she is tiny and grey.When i got her back you had shaved her i didn't tell you to do that she is so jumpy and walks funny it is sad why couldn't you do as you were told.
I called the after hours number last night after my dog cut her foot open. The on-call person looked up my information and told me the vet would be calling me. I never received a phone call back. This morning I call to see why and the receptionist informed me because My dogs hadn’t been there recently the vet wouldn’t have called me back. Why was this not relayed to me last night? Poor service and even worse communication. I will not be returning.
RecommendedThe staff is always super friendly and helpful. Our puppy had major surgery and had to stay. They send us twice a day pictures and videos with updates. Rogue is always happy to go to this office.
I take my dog and my cats to Hartland. They always recognize my pets and treat them like they are special. Dr. Lush and Dr. Vance are my favorite. They have helped me a lot on resolving health issues with my animals and they are reasonable on prices.
I absolutely love this place!! They have saved my Sadie baby twice and have always done it with such kindness and respect. I will never take my fur baby anywhere else!! love everyone who works there!!
They are awesome. Very friendly and cares a lot for the animals.
Great vet, very caring! Our animals are well took care of when we visit.
