I legitimately believe this business to be scamming people and I’d just like to warn others of our experience. :/ My heat went out in the middle of the night on one of the coldest days in MI. The hartford guy got here, reviewed my boiler and gave us a write up of the parts we needed in order to fix it. It came to $2,500.
