I was referred for an MRI and after getting it done I didn't get a phone call from Dr. Volkin explaining my results. I was worried about it so I had to copy and paste the results into chat gpt and have it explained to me in laymans terms so I could know what my results were. Luckily, it wasn't anything serious, but still I shouldn't of had to do that. I have had great experience with Dr. Bienek and staff. Very compassionate. Very competent. This is a good doctor and team.
Went for a routine visit. As part of that, gave a urine sample. This came back abnormal. Which I found out from the MyChart app. No one from the practice called me to discuss the abnormal test result or tell me if I needed to do anything about it. I made three phone calls asking for a response, but didn’t get one. I was told they would leave a message for the provider. Well, no one has gotten back to me and it has been two weeks now I believe. The problem seems to be persisting so I will be seeking a second opinion.
My appointment was easily scheduled. When I arrived, I was greeted and completed the efficient intake process. EVERY staff member was very friendly and professional. I didn't wait long for my appointment and everything went as scheduled. My physician, Dr Anthony Quinn, was empathetic and took all my concerns seriously. Other than the fact I was there due to an unexpected emergency it was a very pleasant experience.
