BAD ROOF! SUBMITTED: 1/23/2012 We bought our home from Gary Hoover of Hartford Homes ten years ago. It is a beautiful design but, as with any new construction, there were defects which required large sums to 'cure' We made those investments and brought the home up to an excellent condition --- we thought. Most recently, however, we have discovered that the "twenty year" roof was installed improperly, utilizing inferior materials (according to 'Eico Roofers' of Loveland).
