Our experience buying with Hartford in Raindance has been great. Julie, the sales agent, is very helpful and welcoming. Always a pleasure to see her. Any time I had a question she was quick to provide the answer with a smile. Ethan, the construction manager was great as well. Eager to make sure our experience was positive and the home was in tip top condition. We would recommend Hartford if you are planning to purchase a new construction home.

Julie has been great through a year and a half process with me. She has kept me updated and interested in her properties the entire time that I have been looking in the area. I did although buy a property in Water Valley which she was not assigned with. I really wish she would have though. If so I believe she would have handled the process effectively and effortlessly. Good luck selling many more properties Julie!
