I would never recommend this facility and I am truly surprised to see that anyone has given it a positive rating. When I called for test results after no response for 4 days, the receptionist told me only a doctor or nurse could give me any info and in fact, no doctor or nurse would be present for 2 days so I needed to make a second appointment to get my results. I have received 3 texts since my visit on 4/29 with a link to “my chart” that ends with “error”. This urgent care is no care at all.
It was awesome
Great staff. Front desk rep was very kind and brought a smile to my face. I’m feeling so much better since my visit.
