I was a patient at this practice for my migraines with Dr. Sheena Mehta, and I find it very unprofessional that if you have a scheduled appointment, the office cancels it and then reschedules you more than two months later. If I wasn’t the one canceling my appointment, why should I have to wait that long? Then I called because I needed a refill of my medication, and the assistant told me she spoke with the doctor, who said that if I was having severe headaches, I should go to the emergency room. Was referred to pain clinic by my orthopedist and met with Lauren. Absolute pleasant visit. Took her time going over diagrams and my MRI. What I liked was she valued my input on how to treat my problem. Very informative visit. Thank you Joe.

I was referred here by my primary care physician and they’ve been really helpful giving me tools to better manage chronic pain. In particular, I’m making great strides in my mind, body connection and relaxation and pain management exercises involving breathing and neuropsychology with my pain psychologist Dr. Lindsay Mitchell Hernandez, who is fabulous. They can’t seem to keep an MD employed here and I have yet to find who my new doctor is, months after my previous one left. They reschedule appts at the last minute, sometimes once you’ve already arrived at the office. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone, they’re very flaky. I had high hopes for this office but have been very disappointed in the lack of care, courtesy, and kindness that should be shown to patients (but isn’t here).
