Absolutely terrible location. Entire staff is terrible and could care less about you as a patient. Find another location for Hartford healthcare this place couldn’t care less about you.
Rude receptionist. Would never pay a woman that angry and miserable to greet my patients. Very unprofessional.
The receptionists are rotten miserable people and don’t care if you have your medicine or not. They will hang up on you and not give you the time of day. It’s a shame because I love dr Godfrey but her rude rotten receptionists are going to ruin a perfectly good practice.
Miserable staff, I can’t believe they pay people this rude to work in healthcare.
