Unfortunate doctor at the torrington office is unable to adjust well to changing patient needs and what he refers to as an emergency. He came into the room 30 minutes late, he entered angry. He did not introduce himself, he entered the room with a hurried pace and tense body posture. he asked how I was. I said "fair not to well" his response was "that's good". That's good?
