Wasn't told about the price on what ended up being a 20 minute visit that cost over a grand. Terrible service and support. Find a different practice
I tried for a month to get a prescription refilled and was ignored. I contacted the pharmacy and they said that the doctor wouldn’t approve it. Contacted the office and the woman at the front desk said that I was no longer a patient of theirs and the doctor wouldn’t refill it. Before I could ask my next question, she hung up on me. Mathew Durst is one of the most informative, engaging and companionate healthcare practitioners I have ever met. Mind you I worked at an incredible hospital in NY for almost ten years and have had extensive health issues since early childhood. I highly recommend Mathew Durst, Physical Therapist and Hartford HealthCare Medical Group.
doc is ok. however the front desk are not helping. They show the face like ok im busy. Who is not busy excuse me🤷♀️ No doubt to change other location
