I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Antibiotics were ordered for my eye infection. Jenna contacted me after my visit to let me know she changed my prescription at the pharmacy because my insurance wouldn't pay for the original one she prescribed. I was very impressed by her due diligence, warm and compassionate way. I would visit this urgent care again, should the need arise.
My 2nd time here. First for my kid this time for me. The staff was great, took covid, flu and strep test. The PA on the other hand came in after reviewing my results. She said its strep, im gonna send a 10 day antibiotics and within 2 days I should start feeling better, she said by and walked out the room. I had questions and concerns. Its the first time ive ever had strep. I had questions about my ear and what happened before I got strep.
