I never write posts like this, but I could not let this go. Yesterday, 6/20/26, I visited this urgent care without an appointment scheduled around 12:30pm. It was quiet. My first encounter was with the receptionist. She was perfectly nice but not clever. She could not figure out to work the software and it took her 1/2 an hour to just take my name and insurance info. It was relieving to have a MD doctor there and she was much more helpful and competent than the competition across the street. I went there first due to a phone / website issue and a week later, I ended needing more help and came here. I had been misdiagnosed and given the wrong meds. And this was for POISON IVY!! Even I knew I had it because I knew where I was exposed. But it was insect bites apparently, they said. Ok.. So I ended up at Go-Health, now in extreme discomfort.
