The receptionist was extremely rude when I asked for a copy of my medical records. I highly do not recommend visiting this place!
The doctor Danielle is extremely unprofessional and RUDE. She was short with me the entire time I was there and talked to me like I was an idiot. Will never return. I hope she finds a job where she doesn’t deal with the general public because she clearly can’t handle it without being nasty to people.
the receptionist and nurse were amazing, compassionate and welcoming. they put the needs of my hurting daughter first and also her protection from freaking out patients. however, PA Danielle leaves something the be desired. My daughter went in with a sore throat. when asked a question she nodded, and was then reprimanded for not using her words. the blanket I had on her was taken away because it was"bad to bundle". They put an incorrect billing code on medical test, insurance would not pay because of it, and i am now stuck with a $900 bill and have been trying to get them to resolve this for months. if you ever have a billing problem or insurance problem good luck getting them to resolve it. I've been reading some of the reviews for the other locations... seems like I'm not the only one having this type of issue.
