My dad went there today for a colonoscopy and his appointment was for 8 and he didn’t get called out of the waiting room until 9, and then he was still waiting on the gurney for even longer after that, so long that he fell asleep. Another man complained about the same thing with them saying it would be a little bit longer, and he replied that they had already said that around a half hour prior. Awful receptionists & team is very unprofessional. They do not return calls you have to call numerous times & leave several messages. Every time I call in receptionist is rude & sounds like she absolutely hates her job. GI team is also not consistent changed doctors 3 times since there
