Awful. Beyond bad. I was told it takes 24 to 72 hours to “process” a referral from my mother’s PCP. I asked what process means; got no answer. My mother is 100 years old. I asked that the referral be expedited. Was told no. The absolute bottom of the barrel.

Don’t use the service!!! Although some of the therapists are really good, there is absolutely no way to call and get a hold of anyone. This company pays for and hires and answering service, but the messages never get delivered or answered. My father is having severe health issues yet, the nurses aren’t responding to my texts or even coming to the house anymore. I can’t even call and escalate or complain because no one ever calls me back. This place should be shut down

I wish i would have read before i chose this company cuz they are horrible besides never showing up i can't even get them to order supplies for me i don't get why the healthcare System it's so horrible and Absolutely Shady

I have never witnessed a more unprofessional company!!! My family member was released this past Thursday from THOCC & they referred us. Prior to leaving the hospital, they called the room and told me they would be in touch. Saturday morning, I was contacted and told they would be coming out tomorrow (Sunday).
