From beginning to end they were extremely professional. Got back about my inquiry within the same day. Jordan was very professional. Got my my project ahead of time. Installation staff was on time, extremely hard working, and did a great job with install. I highly recommend them for your future project.
My experience was terrible. Fence has been up for one year exactly and it’s already broken in numerous places....First off, Jordan Conover will not return your calls. He is a terrible businessman..he should be digging holes, not dealing with the customers...Secondly, yes it’s a cheap price but it’s also very cheap product. If you want a terrible fence, use Hartford fence. Worst. Company. Ever.
When our fence was first installed it was beautiful. However, we need to replace a broken section of plastic fencing. We have called them multiple times and have never received the correct parts to fix our fence. (It has been at least 2 months)The costumer service is terrible. We will not be recommending this company to anyone. They do not care about their clients after installation.
We needed some help at the Veterans Home and Healthcare Facility in Rocky Hill for a garden that I designed for the vets that live there. I called around to different fence companies but Jordan stepped up said he wanted to be part of this project for the vets. No one but Jordan had the passion and desire to get the job done and have it come out with the quality we were looking for. They came out for a site inspection and estimate, was told quote would take 24 to 48 hours to complete. A week and a half and 3 phone calls later, still no quote and no call backs. Very poor customer service. Ended up going elsewhere. Steer clear!
From the extremely detailed estimate we received to the fence being complete we could not be happier. The project was completed on time. Work went smoothly the workers cleaned up after themselves the only evidence they had been there was our new beautiful fence. We could not be happier
