I’ve been living with my husband at Hartford Court Apts for about 7 years now and lately with The new manager Harley and especially our maintenance man Brandon are a definite Team. They work around here like clockwork. Thinks get done when they say It will be. This place and grounds look incredible. If I call Harley she quickly responds with solutions to any if any. I have lived here over a year and have loved it! My fridge/freezer was acting up and I submitted a maintenance request and the maintenance guy Brandon called me the very next day to ask if he could enter to look at it. He let me know I did need a new one and he would order it. Didn’t take long until Brandon had a brand new fridge installed for me and even switched all the food over for me since I was at work!
Great place! Today made me feel even more sure of that! Locked myself out on accident and Brandon went out of his way to get the situation resolved. It was after hours as well and I’m extremely lucky to have received all the help I did. So thank you Brandon! Absolute Lifesaver!!
