Paul and the team did a great job on the new house septic system. They are prompt to answer questions and to perform quarterly maintenance checks.
We continue to have only good service and experiences with Hartcraft Septic Systems. I guess we are about 4 1/2 years in now since we moved into our home and began using the septic system and dealing with Paul and his son, Paul. I think it’s Paul III and Paul IV, but don’t hold me to that. If I call and don’t get them on the first call they call me back. If I have a problem we get it resolved quick.
