My car had to be towed there over 2 weeks ago for power steering went out! My car didn’t get in the shop until 4 days later then they told me they had to order the part and they also found other issues wrong that they would call and give an estimate but never got a call! Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Hart Kia from "Willie K" and it was another amazing experience. The whole staff is friendly and Willie is amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable of his inventory and the process and will go the extra mile to help with getting you whatever you want in a vehicle. I definitely reccomend Hart Kia and Willie if you are looking for a great experience.
It was by far the best dealership experience I had in Roanoke / Christiansburg area since I moved here a month ago. Tom Campbell has been extremely helpful to me to buy a used car and gave me a very competitive deal.
