My wife and I recently bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy. Eric Darby provided us excellent service and delivery! It was also good to meet a couple of fellow Marines during this experience. I bought my car at Hart, it’s always been serviced at hart, Hart Always goes the extra mile to service their customers, when I started dealing with Hart that was the best move I ever made. I recommend them highly.
I truly like the service depart at Hart Motor Co in Salem. Very good trained people to take car of my vehicles and nice and comfortable waiting room . Sales staff friendly but never pushy.
This was the first vehicle that I have purchased at hart motors and was a very pleasurable experience. They didn't try to low ball me on my trade in and the price on the vehicle we bought was below kbb. We were in and out within an hour or so. I have fairly new vehicles now but if I have to get a new one anytime soon my first stop will be Hart Motors.
Over the years we keep coming back to Hart for good dependable cars. The staff is/has always been very helpful, kind, and courteous while being professional all the while treating us like valued customers.
