They always do a good job!
We brought my dog Violet in to get treatment for what we thought was a bladder infection, but what ended up being very large bladder stones. With no way to pay for the surgery Dr. Smith helped us to figure out a payment plan, and then got her right in for the surgery. The level of care, and caring, that both Violet and I received was definitely above and beyond any vet I’ve ever worked with. I have a dog who is incredibly fearful of people and this Animal Hospital is literally THE best we've been to. They've helped us TONS of times, they are the cheapest vet we've gone to, they actually CARE about your pet, this is honestly something rare I see in Animal Hospitals. My pup had a horrible experience with a vet in the past when we got her spayed, they pulled her in with a leash around her neck and pulled her out like she was some wild animal. These folks do a great job of taking care of my animals, not just medically but also emotionally. I'll never go to another vet.
We love the wonderful staff that we are seeing once a week now since our Chloe is now in the beginning of renal failure. We look forward to seeing all the staff and Dr. Smith is so caring of our little gal. Even Chloe is getting used to seeing everyone each week. Everyone genuinely cares about all the animals that come into their clinic.
