From the moment we walked in, we got nothing but 100% professional treatment. Rick Klotzer was able to be helpful and straightforward in regard to our desire for a used Kia Soul. We told them what we were looking for and the amount we were able to spend. They showed us the numbers, on the screen, for no-nonsense dealings. Terrible service department! I should not have to clean greese from inside and outside of my car (twice), after an oil change. Do not go here for service!!
