Hart had the Kia Soul Special Edition that I wanted, but I ended up paying full sticker price. 2 years later, when I told them I had a problem with an error message that keeps popping up about my keyless ignition they said "bring it in" and I did. Because the car "did not do it" while they had it, they did nothing for the issue. I am sure a tech can tell a lot from a 3 second message flash, but I was totally unhappy with their attitude in the Service Dept and I will not take it back there unless it is towed at their expense ... read more
I do not recommend, I have heard of issues with their service dept in the past but I just had recalls so I figured it would be easy in and out. Nope. Will not use them again to service my Kia.
I wouldn't recommend them for nothing!!! Tom my GMC Acadia to them and had to turn around and take it right back to another shop!!! THEY WILL NE ER TOUCH MY CAR EVER AGAIN!!!!!
We have bought three vehicles from Hart Motors. We have always been very well pleased with Hart Motors and the Kia vehicles themselves. Mckinley Forrest and Jason treated us so well. I’m sure we will buy from them again in the future!

We bought from Kia in Aug. and had a wonderful experience. Positive review given then too. Today we had an unexpected issue with our car and had to have it towed to Kia. We've dealt with numerous unexpected issues lately and this really added to the stress as we weren't prepared for the cost of car repairs. Spoke to Betty in the service center and she was so kind and helpful. They got to our car and had it fixed same day and took care of everything. It was such a blessing. Thank you again Betty and the Kia team!!!
