Unprofessional
Ambulance 967 on 10/2 at 9:38pm ran a stop sign on the campus of Henry Ford Hospital-Detroit and almost hit a worker walking out. No they were not emergently entering the campus, as if they had a critical patient, they were leaving the emergency area and had already dropped off a patient. She did it even notice because she was too busy texting! Thankfully the worker heard me yell at her to watch out!
I want to thank ladder 67(I believe), I was having medical issue at a downtown restaurant, unit came and were very professional and educational. I appreciate the empathy as sometimes anxiety gets the best of us! I wanted to publicly thank the young man and woman(sorry I did not get names)
Poor quality service. Website says open 24hrs Gave us a ETA of 2 hrs and yet it's 4.5 hrs later and still nothing. Clearly a patients health is not important. The reason for calling is because we did NOT want to go to the hospital that 911 would have taken us to
