Very pleased. He is quite thorough on the first visit - taking a good amount of time to learn your health history. He orders lots of blood work, and then gets to work on getting your levels (of everything) back into balance. Not only was Dr Hart instrumental in discovering and treating my Lyme disease, but he additionally is in large part responsible for 14 lives healed of cancer due to his recommendations and resources (important to note that these 14 people that have Dr John Hart to thank didn’t even pay him a dime!) This doctor is not your typical doctor and his humble and genuine concern for the health of others is to be honored and appreciated!
Dr. Hart would often type up a treatment plan during our consultation. This was helpful, but once I got the chance to read it over, when we were done, I would discover it was full of suggestions he had never even brought up, let alone explained. This happened twice. For example, he prescribed a Vitamin C flush, a parasite cleanse, and various expensive tests without even mentioning them in person. I was left puzzled and had to figure out if and why I should pursue these treatments and tests.
I was struggling with menopause symptoms, extreme fatigue, anxiety and general loss of joy. When I came to Dr. Hart, I really had little hope of being able to fix my problems and was going to ask him for antidepressants. He spent a lot of time with me, ordered some tests and prescribed compounded bio-identical hormones and some supplements that day. Within 48 hours I was a different person! Four weeks later I am back to my old self, full of joy and energy! Thank you!!!!
Dr. Hart took the time to find out what was wrong with me, while others just gave me platitudes and prescriptions to mask the symptoms. The difference is astounding. But sometimes he misses some details such as certain medications interacting with others.
Seemed to be well informed, but not available for fine tuning, nor does his staff return calls. Be sure to ask for a printed Rx, if he is still using unreadable handwritten ones. You will not be able to get information later about what it says without making another appointment.
Dr. Hart is a brave physician who can think outside the box and get to the root of whatever your problems are. He has made my life and health so much better for the last ten years.
Dr. Hart came highly recommended by my therapist and I had equally high expectations that he might be my Dr. House. Instead, he has proven to be my Dr. Mengele. He ignored my history of severe reactions to a certain class of meds and prescribed one that put me into the hospital. He also accidentally wrote a prescription for FOUR times the correct dosage of that med and if I hadn't noticed the label I might be dead now. Wait times and office staff don't really matter if the doctor poisons you.
Dr. Hart changed my life. After seeing several specialists, spending thousands of dollars on tests and being fed many different prescriptions to mask symptoms that created more complex symptoms. Dr. Hart took the time to conduct relevant tests to analyze a holistic treatment plan that had me pain free, perception medicine free and healthy in a matter of a few months. He is a true doctor who cares about health and wellness for his patients.
