RecommendedOwner came out to install our new digital thermostat. Checked our unit and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and kind. He didn't leave any mess for me to clean up after he was done and gave my 2 yo a coloring book which she exclaimed "My present!" And happily took it!
