Dr Moss is a very personable person who cares about his patients. He is a professional in all aspects of his care and listens to his patients.
I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Hart Moss and truly felt like I was in excellent hands. So I was surprised and caught off guard when someone from his staff called me three days before a nine month checkup I had scheduled to abruptly and rudely tell me she had cancelled my appointment because she had run my insurance and found out it was not active.
