Very helpful and thorough. Staff was very good. The Doc had reviewed my file and has suggestions for how to address my situation.
I will continue to go to Dr.Moss. He took the time to explain everything without me having to ask. He also made me feel very comfortable. I trust him now because he didn’t just rush the appointment. Most doctors get you in and out with a rushed conversation and a you have to do this. They never ask what are your thoughts and what do you need to know more about. Dr. Moss did just that.
I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Hart Moss and truly felt like I was in excellent hands. So I was surprised and caught off guard when someone from his staff called me three days before a nine month checkup I had scheduled to abruptly and rudely tell me she had cancelled my appointment because she had run my insurance and found out it was not active.
