Dr Moss is excellent and also very caring with his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I have a complicated eye history and have complete confidence in his abilities as a eye specialist.

I was very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Hart Moss and truly felt like I was in excellent hands. So I was surprised and caught off guard when someone from his staff called me three days before a nine month checkup I had scheduled to abruptly and rudely tell me she had cancelled my appointment because she had run my insurance and found out it was not active.
